How to Register for a CSFL Event
There are multiple ways to register with the CSFL – Fax, Mail, Email and Telephone!
Please complete the appropriate form relating to your event of choice (all forms are available below) and forward:

or Call in your registration with a Credit Card at 905-640-2277

Please note a 50% deposit is mandatory upon pre-registration.
