TAGGED FISH
Tagged walleye will be released by the Quinte Walleye Festival Organizers prior to the event, all tagged fish can be claimed up until 4:00 pm on Sunday, May 3, 2026. Tagged fish caught during the Quinte Walleye Festival (7:00 am May 2 through 4:00 pm May 3) must be brought to the Official Quinte Walleye Festival Head Quarters Weigh Station located at Duncan McDonald Memorial Arena, Centennial Park, 8 Couch Crescent.
WEIGHED FISH
Walleye and Pike caught during the Quinte Walleye Festival (May 2 and 3) must be weighed at one of the Official Quinte Walleye Festival Weigh Stations. A Live Leaderboard will be available on www.csfl.ca for all participants to view to keep track of all fish brought to scales. Participants may upgrade their leaderboard standing for one of the top 10 prizes! Participants will receive various for sponsor prizes!
AWARD CEREMONY DRAW
All ticket holders are invited to attend the awards ceremony following the final weigh-in on Sunday, May 3, 2026. Each participant will receive a draw ticket for a chance to win a variety of sponsor supported prizes. Participants must be present to claim prizes.
SOCIAL FISH
All participants of the 2026 Quinte Walleye Festival are eligible to participate in the Social Media Picture Fish. Pictures and videos can be submitted through Facebook and/or Instagram. Please ensure you are following the Quinte Walleye Festival Account Pages and be sure to tag the account and include “#2026quintewalleyefestival” within the caption! Participants can upload multiple photos throughout the festival. Contest closes at 11:59 pm on Sunday, May 3, 2026.
HIGH SCHOOL CHALLENGE
The High School Challenge is a school-based competition within the Quinte Walleye Festival designed to get high school students involved in competitive fishing!
Each school must enter a minimum of five students. Each student fishes individually, but competes as part of their school team. At the end of the tournament, the top five fish weights from each school will be combined to create the school’s total weight. The school with the highest combined weight will be crowned champion and take home the trophy!
