The CSFL announced today that they are working with the City of Orillia to provide over 50 parking spaces within a walking distance of the boat launch at the Port of Orillia. The City will permit trailer parking in designated parking spots located in the launch ramp parking lot. As road construction has not yet commenced, parking will also be available along side the roadway. Please keep in mind there is launching in Washago as well as on Lake Simcoe. The Fall Challenge will continue its tradition as a two day event on Lake Couchiching Only and will be held on September 24 and 25 as originally scheduled. Prefish ends on Friday September 23rd at 7:00 pm. Blast off commences at 8 am with the first heat of 1 to 25, the second heat of 26 to 50 at 8:15 am and so forth; the first heat returns at 4:00 pm, the second heat at 4:15 pm and so forth on Day 1. How you finish on Day 1 is how you start on Day 2 with the first heat going out at 8:00 am, the second heat at 8:15 am and so forth; the first heat returns at 3 pm, the second heat at 3:15 pm and so forth.
